The New Website

I still have my Journalist Blog called Priscilla Etienne Funeography. I am now using this blog page as the Funeography website.

The reasons.... I want to be able to show lots more of the back catalogue of Funeographs. Always with great care and consideration to families. The importance of as much information as possible is still paramount to me. Updates and changes are easier for me to let you know about with a blog.
Funeography has copyright on all images and the terms and conditions set these terms out more clearly.

I am now covering funerals in my local area. these areas are: Dagenham, Barking, Stratford, Forest Gate, Silvertown, Canning Town, Custom House, Beckton, East Ham, Plaistow. Further afield is for photographers who wish to sign up for licensing with Funeography.

If Funeography is the direction you want to go in then licensing is for you. There is a one off fee of £1,100 which enables you to work under the Funeography® banner.

THERE IS A NICHE IN YOUR AREA....FILL IT AND DON'T BE AFRAID.

                                                   FUNEOGRAPHY IMAGES

Most images of mourners are in  monochrome.
Although we do sometimes have  colour,
particularly if there is a colour theme for  the
 funeral.
 Funeography always portrays images in
reportage style and we choose the  images suitable
for the book. We always give families a
 chance to
see the Funeography Portfolio when  booking.

Children display their emotions openly and these
are among the most moving images.

                                                            FLORAL TRIBUTES

It is always good to know who sent floral tributes
before funeral directors take the cards off.
They are also expensive and beautiful.
So to see them in their eternal full glory is lovely.

                                      REFRESHMENTS & THE LAST FAREWELL

The refreshments is usually the point of really celebrating a life. Where you will see some laughter as well as tears.
People being themselves, I feel true emotions come to the surface at funerals.
Family members from all over the world
are more likely to come for a funeral than
for anything else.
When was the last time you
or your family saw them?
When will you see
them again?

With Funeography and the Funeography Book, you'll have these memories forever.

  1. This comment is from a funeral I recently did at Brighton Please feel free to leave more comments on funerals/funeographs that Funeography has covered for you.

Thank you so much, Priscilla, for the book of photographs depicting the final farewell of my son, we think it is just beautiful.

You are so very talented to have been able to re-create the whole feel of that day perfectly. Your photographs represent and bring to life every single type of emotion that was felt and expressed. You've even managed to make us "see" - and definately "feel" - the movements within the photographs - even of the facial expressions.
The book is stunning. We love it. Thank you for all the time and effort you have put in to create it. It will always be so very special and precious to us.
